Harrah's Resort Atlantic City - A Caesars Rewards Destination

I had an amazing stay at Harrah’s Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City! The view from my room was absolutely spectacular — waking up to that scenery was truly a highlight of the trip. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and professional from check-in to check-out. The overall hospitality was exceptional, and you can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience. I would highly recommend Harrah’s to anyone visiting Atlantic City and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful room with great views! Friendly staff but things can get expensive. If you want to check out late it’s $20/hr plus tax. There’s a parking garage you can come and go from freely with your room card and you are charged $10 for your whole stay not each time you come and go. The parking garage takes you right into the casino and after you walk through the casino you’ll find the front desk to check in. Everything was clean and the food was good.

Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City truly exceeded my expectations. The property is huge, modern, and full of energy, yet everything feels organized and easy to navigate. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day of gaming or exploring. The casino floor is impressive with tons of options, from slots to table games, and everything feels well-maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always professional, which creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. As a Caesars Rewards member, I also appreciated how smoothly everything was handled—check-in, comps, and benefits all felt seamless. One of the highlights is the pool and entertainment area—absolutely beautiful and great for both relaxing and having fun. There are plenty of dining options as well, ranging from quick bites to really nice sit-down meals, so you never feel limited. Overall, Harrah’s is a perfect mix of comfort, excitement, and great service. Whether you're visiting for the casino, a weekend getaway, or just to unwind, this resort delivers an amazing experience. If you are looking for a place where you can receive service like a seven-star guest - Harra's Hotel is the place. Thank you for the wonderful and professional attitude and service we received at Harra's Hotel. All employees (front desk Caesar Rewards, housekeeping, pool attendants, Spa) were polite, smiling and helpful, which left us with a excellent impression. Our room in the Waterfront Tower was spacious, bright and with an impressive view from the high floor we were on. The interior solutions were an excellent combination of clean modern style with home comfort, which makes the stay both comfortable and pleasant. We give maximum points for cleanliness and maintenance. Great job housekeepers!!! Very, very well done. Whenever we needed help or had questions, we received the necessary answers and solutions. The pool is a real tropical oasis, maintained in excellent condition!!! Once again, we thank Harra's Hotel for making our little vacation memorable.

The location is less than ideal for Atlantic City unless you don't mind being about 3 miles away from the Boardwalk. A free shuttle can take you there anyway when it's running. The rooms are very nice and a great value. Even the low end rooms are better than the typical rooms at most of the other hotels. The top end rooms aren't the best, but they're still pretty good and are often affordable. Most of the employees are friendly, but sometimes it can be hard to find an employee when you need one. Finally, be prepared to walk a lot because this property is huge, and don't be surprised if you see a few birds in the casino. They avoid people, but they will likely startle you the first time you see or hear them since they fly around suddenly from a distance.

Harrah's is on the bay side not near the board walk. The employees are friendly and helpful. The 2 restaurants i would highly recommend are Girdon Ramsey and LaStrada. Both are expensive, but, worth it. The Coastal has breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily and is medium price. The rooms we get are very nice and clean Being we are 7 stars we get a suite. The Atrium is very nice especially for children and pets. This is no smoking rooms. There is a nice variety of slots if that's what you are looking for. I gave it 4 stars as there are nicer suites available

Nice hotel overall. Clean, friendly staff. Location is further away from the other Casios / boardwalk. That's ok. Just a note. The distance is not bad. The Caesar shuttle is offered but it has a schedule that no one knows therefore useless unless you wanted to wait an hour or so waiting. No one can provide any additional information on an approximate time. There is the jitney bus/ shuttle that goes through the city hitting the city and the casinos for $3. It comes very regularly (get the app to know when it will arrive). Consider taxi over ride share. I imagine that the time of year is a factor for the pool parties. I went in the winter. It was alright. Music was good. The bar near the casino had lively music on Friday, not Saturday. You could catch live music by the lobby bar, good vibe. My biggest complaint is that the premium room that I was in was not well lit. It could use a little more light, but not a super big deal since I was only on there for a short time.

We've stayed here a few years in a row for Roofing conventions. They do a nice job of hosting it. The snacks are nicely done, with attendants constantly monitoring them. I have to add that the coffee was very good - coffee is so important! The "after party" was hosted at The Pool After Dark and that was also nicely done. It's a great venue with a very cool aesthetic! The rooms are clean and comfortable and very nice.
